Zombie WarZ FAQs

Do the Zombies shoot back?

The paintball guns are securely mounted to the army trucks and trailers and are set up to only shoot forward at a fixed radius. Guests cannot shoot other guests. Zombies are not armed and cannot shoot or touch guests.

Can large groups attend?

We totally welcome groups and organizations. Zombie WarZ is a great option for company parties, birthday parties, team-building events, etc.

In order to accommodate you needs, we encourage large groups (10+) to make advance reservations for either Friday and Saturday nights, with the exception of October 26th and 27th which is the weekend before Halloween. While large groups are welcome to attend any night we are open, during the weekend before Halloween we cannot guarantee that all members of large groups will be on the same truck.

Is there a military or first responder discount?

For Active/Retired Military and Active First Responders (Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, and EMT personnel) with a VALID ID, Zombie WarZ offers a $9.00 discount on the individual entry ticket. This discount does not extend to the purchase of food, drinks, or additional Zombie ammo. The discount does not include the purchase of entry tickets for family members, friends, or groups. This ticket price cannot be combined with any other discount, such as a group discount or Groupon purchase, and it cannot be purchased online.

You must be present with your valid ID at the time of purchase to receive the discount.

When is Zombie WarZ open?

Zombie WarZ officially opens Friday, October 5th and will run through Saturday, November 3rd, 2018.

Hours of operation are limited to Friday and Saturday evenings. The first truck will depart AFTER 7:00 pm. The last truck will depart BEFORE to 10:00 pm.

How much is ammo?

The basic entry fee includes 100 rounds of paintball ammo.

Additional ammo may be obtained at $5.00 for 100 rounds and may be purchased online from our official ticket website, at the admission ticket booth prior to getting on the truck, or on the truck. Ammo purchased on the truck are on a cash only basis. If you want to pay for extra rounds on the truck with a credit card, a separate transaction at the end can be made.

IMPORTANT: There are no refunds given for unused ammo.

Can I bring my own paintball gun?

Zombie WarZ uses specialized paintballs that are biodegradable and environmentally safe. The course is not designed as a free-for-all paintball experience. All ammo, weaponry, and transportation around the course are provided as part of the entry fee. Please leave all personal weaponry at home or locked in your vehicle.

Is there a wait?

The first couple weekends and the weekend after Halloween will have the shortest wait times, however, the wait time is dependent upon the number of guests. We cannot control when large numbers of people attend, but we do attempt to accommodate all our guests in a timely fashion. The busiest weekend will be October 26th and 27th before Halloween, and it is expected to have a longer wait time. Keep that in mind when choosing what night to attend.

Are there any age restrictions?

While Zombie WarZ is recommended for adults and teens, children of a minimum age of five and older may participate if accompanied by a parent. Carrying children onto the vehicles is NOT recommended.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Does Zombie WarZ accept credit cards?

You can pay at the Ticket Window with any major credit card. You can also purchase additional ammo packs at that time.

Once you are on the vehicle, you will still be able to purchase additional ammo, but it will be a cash only basis.

What if I am pregnant?

While the Zombies do not shoot back, Zombie WarZ is a combination of paintball warfare and a low-speed (5-7 mph) desert ride on an army truck and trailer. Guns are mounted on the trucks for safety reasons. We recommend caution and using your best judgment.

Can I wear a costume?

Makeup/wigs are permitted, however, for safety reasons guest costumes for are not allowed.
